To Request A New Business Application

To request a new business application, you will need to complete the Online Flood Request Form. Once this form is completed, you will need to hit the “submit” tab. This form will be automatically sent to the Flood Department for rating. Once the rating is completed, the Flood Department will send you an application via email or fax, as needed.

NOTICE: Agents cannot bind policies with the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) flood policies. In most cases, there is a 30 day wait in coverage from the date the WYO receives the signed application and full premium payment.
